About the author

Born in Wales, in the days before home computers, Simon Meredith is a primary school teacher working and living in Kent. As well as being a teacher and author, he is also the lead vocalist in the 50s Rock n Roll band, Slim Si & the Smokin Aces. When not writing, teaching or singing, he spends his time watching movies, listening to very heavy music (what his wife describes as shouty music)

and reading comic books.
